These terms apply to the apps published by Milowda ("we"), based in Istanbul, Türkiye. By using an app, you agree to them.
Using the apps
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use our apps. You may not:
- copy, modify or reverse engineer the apps;
- use them for anything illegal or harmful;
- abuse or overload our servers or AI features.
The apps, their design and their content belong to Milowda.
Subscriptions
- Some features need a paid subscription. Prices and plans are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a plan has a free trial and you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
AI-generated content
Some features use AI. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important information before you rely on it. See our Disclaimer.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text and photos you submit. You allow us to process them only to provide the feature you asked for.
No warranty
The apps are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them working and accurate, but we don't guarantee they will always be available, error-free or suitable for your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Milowda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the apps.
Ending use
You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if you break these terms, or discontinue an app.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the apps means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove any consumer rights you have in your own country.
