This policy covers refunds for the apps and online services sold by Milowda ("we"). Milowda is the brand of Eray Endes, an independent developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Mobile apps
Purchases and subscriptions in our iOS and Android apps are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies. You can request one from Apple or Google Play.
mowteng
- If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, you get a full refund.
- Renewals after the first payment are not refunded.
- If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then stops. It does not renew.
- To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.
- If we shut down mowteng, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
Your rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
